Auburn Classical Academy began in 2007 as a small group of like-minded home-schooling families, meeting in a home one day a week for Latin and Grammar. As these classes grew and friendships blossomed, ACA expanded, adding more classes. We were blessed that Covenant Presbyterian Church welcomed our growing student body beginning in 2009, when Auburn Classical Academy found it best to organize under Alabama Code Section 16-28-7 as a church school. Recognizing our community’s  increasing interest in classical education, in 2012 ACA partnered with Highlands Latin School and became a member of The Classical Association of the Middle West and South.  In 2015, ACA re-organized as a Private School. To accommodate growth and facilitate a structure most conducive to learning we began the 2016/2017 academic year located at 1901-B Waverly Parkway, in Opelika.

Auburn Classical Academy desires to serve all who agree with and can benefit from our unique philosophy and structure of education.
