We can’t believe half the year is almost over! The Lord has been so faithful to our school this semester and we anticipate His continued faithfulness and kindness to us throughout the rest of the year.

One thing to let you know about is that the students will be able to wear their ACA tshirt and jeans everyday next week if they choose to. This is in an effort to keep their Chapel clothes clean for our Christmas program! Also, if you are interested in helping bring items for the reception after the program, please sign up here:   https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0c49abaa2ea3f49-auburn2

ACA Advent Celebration

We are looking forward to our Advent Christmas program as we celebrate the coming of Jesus and the hope and joy that brings! Our program is called “Looking to Christ in Christmas” and will be held at Covenant Presbyterian Church on Thursday, December 6th at 6:00pm. Students need to be there at 5:30pm in Chapel attire. A reception will be held following the program. Come ready to worship our Savior!

Cadet and Midshipman Thank Yous!

We’ve received many letters and texts of gratitude from the Midshipman and Cadets that we sent care packages to! Many were surprised at the gesture and excited to get a package. We received a letter this week from Taylor Holland at the US Naval Academy that said, “This package arrived at a very worrisome time in my life. This week, my classmates and I received our service assignments. It was a very big day for us because it meant that we were finally going to find out our jobs in the Navy and/or Marine Corps. We had been working towards that day for close to four years now, so you all can imagine the angst surrounding it. Thankfully, I wound up being accepted into the Navy Pilot community. This assignment has been a dream for me, ever since I arrived at the Academy in 2015. I was very nervous leading up to this day; however I could not have gotten through it without the kind letters that I received from the students at Auburn Classical Academy.” Thank you, families, for being a part of this!

House System

We are wrapping up our first semester of the House System! This has certainly been a growing experience for our school and we are excited for the future to come with it. During the House meetings today, your students filled out a questionnaire about how the House System is going and ways to improve it. We’d love to hear the same from you, the parents! Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey below and give us feedback on your thoughts regarding the House System. Your feedback is confidential.
